Welcome to Your PS33 Chelsea Prep PTA

The mission of the PS33 Chelsea Prep Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is to support the teachers, staff and administration of PS33 Chelsea Prep in fulfilling the educational needs of our children. We support numerous school programs and events through our fundraising and volunteer efforts.

We serve as a forum for families, teachers, and administrators to discuss ways to promote quality education, expand the arts, encourage community involvement, and work for a healthy environment.

We foster cooperation and communication in order to build a strong, cohesive school community that works together to provide our children with the best education possible.

Parent involvement is the key to our success.

Stay Informed and Involved

Every parent or guardian of a PS33 student, as well as every teacher at PS33, is automatically a member of the PS33 PTA. PTA General Assembly meetings are typically held the first Friday of every month at 9:15 AM. At PTA meetings you can hear from the principal about what’s going on in school, learn how you can help, and cast votes on official PTA business. Your thoughts and views are important. We encourage everyone to attend and stay informed and involved in your child’s education.
