celebrate holi event with Ajna Dance Company
Tuesday, April 13th at 4PM
Join the teaching artists of Ajna Dance Company for their Holi Dance Celebration workshop to learn about Indian culture through dance and music! You will learn about and get to try different styles of dance that come from the diverse country that is India, and discuss the significance of Holi, the Festival of Colors. After you watch and learn, be ready to get up and dance!
Ajna is a New York City based dance company whose mission is to share artistic and authentic Indian dance with a global and diverse audience. The company specializes in both contemporary and classical Indian dance forms. Their arts education programs bring Indian dance and culture to students in a fun, educational, and accessible way that help celebrate diversity. PS 33 HOSTED VIRTUAL Chess Tournament
Sunday | February 28th 2021 | 9am
Join our Chess Team for the PS 33 hosted virtual tournament. This will be a fundraising opportunity for the The Gift of Chess Initiative.
To date we have raised an incredible 4,000 sets. Our goal is to raise 10,000 sets for 10,000 NYC students. Each participant registered represents 10 chess sets donated!
The total number of chess sets raised will be announced at the award ceremony - along with the team who has raised the most amount of sets!
Registration period closes at 10pm Saturday, February 27th.

Attend a Puppet Show customized for Chelsea Prep. Then attend a puppetry workshop to make your very own puppet.
NIGHT 2: Magic Evan Show and Wizard School
Thursday | December 17, 2020 | 6:00pm | $10 per ticket
Enjoy a 45 minute virtual program featuring a mesmerizing magic show, V.I.P. magic class, and a Spectacular Bags of Tricks for every budding wizard. Take the Magician's Oath, become honorary magicians, and go 'behind-the-scenes' to learn the secrets to the effects in their bag of tricks.

NIGHT 1: Hideout Theater Halloween Themed Improv show
Wednesday | October 28th, 2020 | 6:00pm
Join an exciting group of actors as they guide the kids through a "pick your own path" concept show which is similar to Choose Your Own Adventure. The actors play out scenes and set up options - the kids use a poll function to vote for the option they want and the actors to perform. Sometimes it leads to bad consequences and the actors go back and choose the other option.
NIGHT 2: Halloween Scavenger Hunt and Mad Science Spooktacular
Thursday, October 29th, 2020 | 5:30pm
Join us for a scavenger hunt with Kids in the Game and Mad Science Halloween STEM show. After a spooky online scavenger hunt, meet a scientist who will create a Mad Science Brew filled with foggy effects and flashes of light. They will teach our little ghouls the science of Halloween while watching colorful indoor fireworks.
